Refund policy
PLEASE NOTE: Payment to Treats By Gifted servers as your agreement to the Poilices, Terms and Conditions the owner has set. In the event that you break these terms and conditions, you agree to pay all costs associated with filing a civil class suit on my part.
RUSH ORDER POLICY: Orders placed within 2 weeks of pick-up time require full payment, and are subject to a rush fee.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY: Your order is not secured until full payment has been received. All payments outside of the website are received via PayPal or Square invoicing. Once an invoice is requested it must be paid within 24 hours or the invoice will be cancelled.
Orders under $350 must be paid in full. A 50% non-refundable retainer for orders over $350 holds your reservation date with the remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to your pick-up date. If the remaining balance is not paid 2 weeks prior to pick-up, your order will be cancelled and your retainer will not be refunded.
CANCELLATIONS: Please contact me directly for any cancellations. All deposit/retainer funds are non-refundable. No refund at all for orders cancelled with less than 2 weeks notice.
NON-PAYMENT POLICY: Please do not order until you are ready to make your payment. If we take time to design/coordinate an order and send you an invoice that you do not pay we will not be able to assist you with any future orders.
ORDER CHANGES: Changes to orders are generally accepted until 2 weeks prior to scheduled pick up time.
DAMAGE POLICY: We strive to provide the best service and product possible. Once you take possession of your treats, the staff at Treats By Gifted are no responsible for any damage that may occur to the treats during transport, set-up or any time thereafter.
PERFORMANCE & SHIPPING: Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of Treats By Gifted to complete the Agreement and is subject to labor disputes, strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control. I cannot guarantee items will be delivered by a specific date and/or time.
PERFORMANCE: All photographs provided to staff at Treats By Gifted are for inspiration only. Each dessert is a unique work of art. While we strive for 100% satisfaction, we do not duplicate others work and cannot guarantee exactness even to our prior work.
NON-TOXIC DISCLOSURE: Treats By Gifted uses metallic gold, metallic silver, glitter and sprinkle blends which are non-toxic products that are not FDA approved in the United States. If you are uncomfortable with this please let us know prior to payment and your order can be adjusted. Once payment has been taken the price will not be adjusted, however, adjustments to the treats can be arranged.
FLOWER DISCLOSURE: Fresh flowers used for decoration are not a food product and may contain pesticides, dirt, insects or other contaminants. Faux flowers can be used instead upon request.
RETURNS: Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic no returns are being accepted.
ALLERGEN DISCLOSURE: TREATS BY GIFTED PRODUCTS MAY CONTAIN OR COME IN CONTACT WITH MILK, WHEAT, NUTS OR OTHER ALLERGENS. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT TO INFORM HIS/HER GUESTS OF THIS FACT. TREATS BY GIFTED IS NOT RESPONSIBLE & WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY ALLERGIC REACTIONS OR INJURIES SUSTAINED AS A RESULT OF CONSUMPTION.
